As the daughter of a Navy Captain, we moved a lot! I couldn't wait to return to Savannah after college. I love Savannah, and people who come here also fall in love with its beauty and charm. It’s an easy sell for me, and I find it gratifying to help families find their home in our Oh-So-Southern city.
My friends and clients know me as a problem solver and a giver.
I attended Auburn University and graduated with a business management degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
I love children, animals, reading, cooking, boating, and beaching.
I am a Mom of boys. Two are my own, and I was blessed with two I adopted along the way. My youngest is a Cadet at Benedictine Military School.
My husband and I own Savannah Soccer, the adult soccer leagues in Savannah, www.SavSoccer.com. We're a soccer family! If I’m not in the office, I’m probably on the way to the soccer field.

Beverly acted as my buyer’s agent. I was relocating from CT and unfamiliar with neighborhoods, and real estate in the Savannah area. With very low housing inventory, extremely competitive market, and even less available with no exterior maintenance responsibilities; Beverly managed to find us our dream home in one day! Beverly is a skilled realtor, and negotiator. She is quick to respond to all email, phone and text messages. Beverly is a delight, and I highly recommend her if you are buying or selling a home.

Beverly has helped us buy a new house, sell our house, and buy a lot! She has great experience and knowledge of all sides of real estate processes. Her connections with people in Savannah are unbelievable, and she knows how to get things done fast. She is honest and trustworthy, and has only our interests at heart. Beverly is a very devoted agent and really is involved in the whole process of listing to the sale. She genuinely cared about my family and I, which we had no doubt that she had our best interests in mind. It was nice to be able to not have to worry about the listing process, and just trust that Beverly had it all under control. She over-exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased with our experience with Beverly Shepard. My wife and I would definitely use Beverly again on a future real estate transaction. Before we listed the house, Beverly helped my wife and I and our 3 young children find the house of our dreams, which we purchased in May 2015. Thanks Beverly!!!
